Choose the level of help you need
Whole-Home Clarity
$995 · Up to 5 combined service hours
A practical starting package for a household that wants one organized plan. Includes a preparation call or text intake, an in-home walkthrough, product and food inventory review, and a prioritized written action plan. The five-hour allowance covers the agreed visit, preparation and report work together.
We set the categories before booking so the visit does not turn into a rushed attempt to inspect every possession.
Whole-Home Reset
$1,995 · Up to 12 combined service hours
For clients who want help acting on the plan. Combines the assessment with agreed hands-on organization, replacement research, pantry or personal-care changes and a follow-up review. Work can be divided across agreed sessions. Products and specialist services remain separate.
We decide which rooms and routines matter most, then use the included time on those priorities rather than selling a complete replacement of the home.
Family Lifestyle Implementation
$3,495 · Up to 22 combined service hours
For a household coordinating several categories, caregivers or a major life transition. Includes the assessment, a staged action plan, agreed sourcing and implementation tasks, and progress reviews. Possible priorities include preparing for a baby, simplifying food routines, reducing household fragrance, organizing a move or helping an older parent.
The written scope identifies the actual work and schedule. It is not medical monitoring or a promise to prevent or reverse disease.
Multi-Store Grocery & Sourcing
$795 · Up to 5 combined service hours
A shopping package built around the fact that one store rarely has everything. Includes list preparation, an agreed route, label and sourcing comparisons, shopping support and a substitution plan. The five-hour allowance includes preparation, travel between agreed stores, shopping and wrap-up.
A six-store or full-day route may need additional time. Groceries, membership charges, parking and other purchases are separate and disclosed before a commitment.
Monthly Guidance
$395/month · Up to 90 minutes of combined service time per month
For existing package clients maintaining their changes. Use the allowance for an agreed remote review, product questions, label comparisons and a short update to your priorities. Research and written responses count toward the allowance. It is a defined amount of support, not unlimited messaging.
Unused time, scheduling and cancellation terms must be stated in the written agreement before enrollment.
Monthly Hands-On Support
$695/month · Up to 3 combined service hours per month
For existing clients who want a recurring practical session or more research and organization. The allowance may be used on an agreed local visit, sourcing work, household follow-up or remote consulting. Time includes the agreed preparation and follow-up. Groceries and products are extra.
Additional time after the included allowance is $160 per hour and must be agreed before it is worked.

A package that ends with decisions you can use
You do not need another pile of product links. You need to know what matters in your household, what can wait, and which changes you can keep doing after the visit. We start with the people, rooms and routines that affect your daily life.
That may mean a confusing pantry, a heavily fragranced laundry routine, a nursery shopping list or a collection of filters no one remembers maintaining. The outcome is an agreed plan with practical next steps, not a sales pitch for replacing everything you own.
What we can walk through
Depending on the package and priorities, we can review food, drinks, shopping habits, cookware, food storage, drinking-water equipment, filter-maintenance information, ventilation routines, air-cleaning equipment, household fragrance, cleaning supplies, laundry, toiletries, bedding, mattresses, furniture and baby products. We look at intended use, product information, maintenance and cost.
We do not infer that a particular item caused a health condition from its presence in your home. Questions requiring testing or qualified clinical interpretation are listed clearly as separate next steps.
How multi-store sourcing works in real life
Your preferred route may involve a warehouse club for one meat purchase, a local supplier for eggs, a larger grocery store for most ingredients and another store for a specific cheese or household product. Sam’s Club, Costco, Whole Foods, Target, Walmart and Laughing Buddha are examples you may already use.
A commissary or provisions supplier can be part of a route after the actual business and product are verified. These examples are not stock guarantees, endorsements or claims that every item at a named store fits your preferences. We check ingredients, usable quantity, unit price and transport before choosing a stop.
Keep the cold chain and the budget in the plan
A route only works if the food gets home safely and the day is worth your time. We group nearby stops, identify items that can be substituted, plan insulated transport where appropriate and avoid turning a simple weekly shop into an unnecessary all-day trip.
Preferences such as grass-fed beef, particular eggs, fruit, lamb or broth belong in the list, with acceptable alternatives. Raw dairy requires a specific food-safety and lawful-supply discussion; a sourcing preference is not a guarantee of safety.

A clear allowance and a clear hourly rate
Each package includes the combined service time stated on the card. Preparation, research, visits, shopping, agreed travel and written follow-up can all consume that allowance, depending on the scope. Before booking, the written proposal states what is included and what is outside it.
After a package allowance is used, additional approved work is $160 per hour. If your priorities change, we revise the scope first. Product purchases, groceries, parking, unusual travel and specialist work are disclosed separately rather than hidden inside an open-ended promise.
From review to implementation
At the end of an assessment, the written priorities distinguish actions you can do now, purchases that can wait until normal replacement and questions requiring another professional. Implementation packages let us work through selected actions together. Monthly support can help keep inventories, sourcing choices and routines current.
Neither option requires an endless stream of purchases. We should be able to explain the purpose of the next task, how much time it is likely to take and what a useful result looks like for your household.

Package questions
What does the $995 package actually include?
Whole-Home Clarity includes up to five combined service hours for the agreed preparation, walkthrough and written priorities. We define the categories and expected deliverables before booking. It does not include unlimited visits, products, laboratory testing or specialist work.
What happens if the package needs more time?
Additional agreed work is $160 per hour. We explain the remaining task and estimated time before proceeding. You can choose to stop at the included scope, complete some actions yourself or approve further work. There is no assumption that an unfinished wish list authorizes extra charges.
Can you review air, water, food and personal care together?
Yes. A whole-home scope can include those categories along with laundry, cookware, storage, furniture, bedding and nursery products. The breadth of the visit must fit the included time. We prioritize decisions rather than claim that every category has received exhaustive testing.
Will you go to several grocery stores?
Yes, when that is the agreed route. We plan around availability, travel, cold storage and your budget. The package includes a defined combined time allowance, so a long six-store day may require additional hours. Purchases are separate from consulting.
Are groceries, filters and replacement products included?
No. Prices shown are service fees. You approve purchases separately and can buy from your preferred supplier. We discuss the intended use, sourcing information and alternatives before recommending a replacement. Specialist installation and testing need a separate scope.
Can you guarantee a particular store carries my preferred food?
No. Availability, suppliers, product formulas and prices change. We verify the specific product and store before relying on it. A useful sourcing plan includes substitutions rather than promise a particular steak, egg, dairy or produce item will always be stocked.
Can you review prescriptions and supplements?
We can organize a list, identify duplicate information and help prepare questions for your pharmacist or prescriber. We do not prescribe, alter doses, diagnose disease or tell you to stop a medicine. Clinical interpretation stays with a qualified professional.
Is this an environmental test or a home certification?
No. A walkthrough and label review do not measure an internal chemical exposure or certify a property as toxin-free. If a question requires sampling, laboratory interpretation, remediation or licensed trade work, we identify that next step rather than present a visual review as proof.
Can the package focus on pregnancy or a newborn?
Yes. The scope can focus on nursery products, laundry, fragrances, food preparation and practical birth or postpartum questions. It is education and household implementation support. It does not replace prenatal care, a birth attendant, pediatric care or qualified feeding support.
Do I need to replace everything at once?
No. Your plan distinguishes immediate practical changes, normal replacement purchases and matters that need further information. We can work with the products and equipment you already own. An expensive shopping list is not automatically a better result.
How does monthly support work?
Monthly support follows an initial package and includes the stated combined service-time allowance. We agree what work fits before starting. Scheduling, renewal, cancellation and any carryover are written in the agreement; they are not implied by an informal message.
What is the easiest way to get started?
Text 504.296.9696 with your city and the household categories you want help with. You can ask for package details without sending a diagnosis or private medical records. The consultation form is the next option. A phone conversation can be arranged if needed.
